Exterior remodeling in Surprise, AZ

Exterior remodeling in Surprise's newer neighborhoods

A house doesn't have to be old for its trim to fade. If yours has painted wood fascia, the afternoon sun on the west side of the Valley keeps working on it, and a wood patio beam takes the same beating. Wrapping those boards in aluminum, with vinyl soffit underneath, ends the repainting there.

If the patio roof that came with the house doesn't shade enough of the yard, an aluminum patio cover or alumi-lattice can add more. Unlike wood, an aluminum cover has nothing to scrape or repaint.

Roof edges

When a tile roof was finished without drip cap, water can run behind the fascia. On the roofing side, the crew adds drip cap where it's missing and bird block wherever the tile ends are open. We look for both when we come out to measure.

Sun City Grand and the original townsite

Sun City Grand, an active adult community in Surprise, was founded in 1996, and its last homes were finished in 2005. Its approved paint colors are published as numbered schemes, each with base, trim and accent colors, so check them before painting or picking trim colors. In any other Surprise HOA, get colors and cover designs approved before work starts.

The city started in the original townsite, bounded by Greenway Road, Bell Road, El Mirage Road and Dysart Road. If your house there has wood walls or gables, vinyl siding can cover them. Before and after shots of similar work are in our gallery.
