Before Photo – Open ended tiles, no drip cap, and open rafters under soffit.
After Photo – Installed bird block at the open end on the tiles. Installed new drip cap under the bird block. Wrapped the fascia with PVC coated aluminum coil and installed tongue and groove soffit panels to close in soffit. Now everything is protected from the weather.
